We've moved from Alpha to Beta.

Loads still to do but I feel we've made more than just a symbolic step forward today. The site's starting to hang together well and some of the more challenging technical issues are now behind us. We aren't scaling the heights just yet but maybe we've packed our tents and are leaving Base Camp 1...
